905 Fagley St., Baltimore, MD Real Estate Photography
Earlier this year, I had the pleasure of photographing a truly remarkable townhouse in the heart of Baltimore — a perfect blend of historic charm and modern design. With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and just over 2,100 square feet of space, this home has been completely reimagined with high-end finishes and stylish details throughout.
From the moment you step inside, the home feels warm and inviting. The main floor’s open-concept layout balances contemporary flow with timeless character. The townhouse itself is more than a century old, yet it feels brand new — as if a page from an architecture magazine came to life.
The living room sets the tone with crisp white wainscoting, light hardwood floors, and a stunning exposed brick accent wall. A large picture window floods the space with natural light, giving every photograph a bright and airy quality.
Just beyond the living area, the dining room continues the elegant design with crown moulding and classic trim details. It’s the perfect gathering space — close enough to the kitchen for effortless conversation and connection.
And speaking of the kitchen — this one is a showstopper. Sleek granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a gas range make it both beautiful and functional. The aquamarine backsplash adds a playful pop of color against the white cabinetry, while the island provides extra prep space, seating, and even a tucked-away wine fridge for easy entertaining.
Upstairs, the primary suite is a calm retreat. The bedroom features exposed brick, two large picture windows, and plenty of natural light. The ensuite bathroom is gorgeous, with a double vanity, clean white cabinetry, and striking black fixtures that contrast perfectly against the showers slanted subway tile backsplash. It’s the kind of space that makes you want to unwind and linger.
To top it all off, the home boasts a newly built rooftop deck — complete with maintenance-free flooring and a sleek wooden railing — offering a private spot to enjoy city views or evening sunsets.
Photographing homes like this is always a joy. Every room has its own story, its own light, and its own personality — and that’s what makes real estate photography so rewarding. Scroll below to see some of my favorite images from this beautiful Baltimore townhouse.
