This past spring, I had the pleasure of photographing a charming brownstone in Baltimore. Spanning 1,695 square feet, this historic residence boasts five bedrooms and three bathrooms, having undergone a comprehensive top-to-bottom renovation. Though the townhouse is over a century old, the interior feels entirely brand new.

Stepping inside, you are welcomed by a bright and airy living room. Luxury vinyl flooring extends throughout the first floor, introducing a warm, inviting tone. Generous double windows flood the space with natural light, illuminating the open flow into the combined kitchen and dining area. The kitchen offers ample space for a small dining table, making it an ideal setting for hosting guests. It features brand-new white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and contemporary white cabinetry. Just beyond the kitchen sits a stylish guest bathroom, complete with a white vanity, striking black fixtures, and a classic subway tile shower.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom shines with fresh paint, balanced symmetrical windows, and soft, plush carpeting. The adjoining primary bathroom embraces a modern aesthetic with a circular mirror, dark fixtures, and a tasteful gray vanity that adds a subtle splash of color. It also features a subway tile shower and an indulgent rain shower head.
