10538 Green Mountain Circle, Columbia, MD Real Estate Photography Session
This past spring, I had the pleasure of photographing a charming rancher nestled in Columbia. Spanning 2,308 square feet with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, this lovely home sits on an inviting corner lot brimming with curb appeal. One of my favorite features right off the bat is the generous front porch, which offers a perfectly relaxed setting to sit back, watch the world pass by, or share a warm conversation with a friend.
Stepping inside, the home strikes an effortless balance between modern updates and classic architectural details. In the formal living room, soaring floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, complementing the light oak vinyl flooring to create an expansive, airy feel.
Moving into the dining room, contemporary flair seamlessly pairs with traditional design. A unique candelabra with faux glass candles hangs above the table, providing a fresh accent, while the textured chair rail honors a classic colonial aesthetic.
The bright kitchen serves as a clean canvas ready for personal touches and pops of color, equipped with pristine white quartz countertops, matching cabinetry, and brand-new stainless steel appliances. An open-concept layout connects the kitchen directly to a cozy breakfast nook and the adjoining family room. Here, a striking contrast fireplace commands attention, featuring a black-painted hearth set against white brick extending to the ceiling. A nearby sliding glass door does double duty by pouring sunshine into the room while offering direct access to the spacious backyard.
Retreating to the primary suite reveals a peaceful haven designed for complete relaxation at the end of the day. Dual-aspect windows fill the bedroom with soft daylight, while the primary bathroom features a charming farmhouse sink, a clean white vanity, and a beautiful marbled gray shower.
To cap off a fantastic session, I brought out my drone to capture some breathtaking aerial perspectives of the surrounding landscape. Take a look at a few of my favorite photos from the shoot below!
