This past winter, I had the pleasure of photographing a stunning home in Chesapeake Beach, Maryland. Spanning 3,024 square feet, the residence offers five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, blending functional living with undeniable style. Throughout the home, rich hardwood floors ground the design, creating a seamless connection between rooms.

The living room is bathed in natural light, thanks to its impressive dual floor-to-ceiling windows. This space transitions effortlessly into the breakfast nook and kitchen, where quartz countertops and custom white cabinetry provide a bright backdrop for the striking navy blue island. The kitchen layout is expansive, offering generous prep and storage areas, with room to expand counter space should the owner choose. Below, the basement provides a versatile bonus area, divided only by the staircase to maximize utility.

Upstairs, the primary suite is a true retreat. It features an airy layout, ample sunlight, and thoughtful details like a propeller-style ceiling fan. The primary bathroom feels like an in-house spa, anchored by a unique designer vanity. The walk-in shower is a highlight, featuring clear subway tile and patterned hexagon flooring.
