This past spring, I had the pleasure of photographing a truly stunning home right here in Annapolis. Spanning 4,288 square feet with four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, this property is breathtaking inside and out, reflecting an incredible attention to detail.

Stepping through the front door, you are immediately welcomed into an open concept living room. Towering cathedral ceilings and soaring second-story windows flood the space with natural light, creating an exceptionally airy and inviting atmosphere. During the cooler fall and winter months, the cozy gas fireplace offers warmth and charm, while double doors provide seamless access to the outdoor deck for effortless entertaining.

Just off the living area, the dining room and kitchen offer a wonderful blend of style and function. The dining room features a striking accent wall adorned with a curated collection of lighting fixtures, acting as a functional art piece that adds a playful touch. Moving into the kitchen, you will find modern black and gold hardware paired with a black stainless steel refrigerator, pristine white cabinetry, and a neutral gray and white tile backsplash. A spacious island doubles as a convenient breakfast bar, and the high ceilings continue here, illuminated by soft recessed lighting.

Tucked quietly between the kitchen and dining room is one of my personal favorite features in the house: the reading nook. Complete with a contemporary overhead light fixture and an inviting accent wall, it is the ultimate spot to curl up with a good book.

Heading downstairs, the finished basement transforms into an entertainer’s paradise. Split into two distinct zones, the layout accommodates a dedicated workspace and a spacious media room with plenty of room for a pool table or arcade games. A second gas fireplace mirrors the warmth of the main level, while deep gray accent walls provide a glare-free backdrop for movie nights or watching the big game. The home office area is equally impressive, featuring a dark gray accent wall, textured finishes, ample seating space, and a functional work zone.

Upstairs, the charm continues. Nestled on the corner of the home, the guest bedroom is wrapped in windows overlooking the surrounding woods, making it a peaceful and private retreat for visitors. The nearby guest bathroom is equally gorgeous, showcasing a double vanity with a white countertop, warm light wood drawers, and modern gold fixtures that lend a trendy finish.
