Last fall, I photographed a stunning, three story colonial residence nestled in the charming town of Stevensville, Maryland. Spanning a generous 3,360 square feet, this property boasts five bedrooms and four bathrooms, sitting on nearly an acre of land. This expansive lot provides an unparalleled sense of privacy and spaciousness, creating a true retreat.

Step inside the main level and be immediately enveloped by the cozy ambiance of the living room. Sunlight streams through the floor to ceiling windows and the sliding glass door, bathing the warm toned hardwood floors in a golden glow. The centerpiece of the room is a beautiful brick fireplace, perfectly positioned to anchor a separate sitting area. This clever layout allows family members to comfortably share the space, whether someone is engrossed in their favorite show or curled up by the fire with a good book.

The heart of the home is the exceptional kitchen, a perfect blend of style and function.
