Last fall, I had the pleasure of photographing a truly spectacular home in Chester, Maryland. Boasting four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and over 5,100 square feet of beautifully designed living space, this property is a standout in both style and setting.

From the moment you arrive, there’s so much to admire—from the grand entryway to the expansive primary suite and the resort-style backyard pool. Upon entering the home, your eyes are immediately drawn to the sweeping staircase, framed by soaring floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light.

To the right of the foyer, you’ll find the formal living and dining rooms. The living room is a sunlit, inviting space that feels both elegant and cozy. Architectural details like decorative columns and knee-high walls subtly separate the room while keeping it connected to the rest of the main level. Just beyond, the formal dining room offers lovely views of the front yard and features timeless design touches that make it perfect for entertaining.

The dining room flows seamlessly into the chef’s kitchen, which is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, warm maple cabinetry, and granite countertops. With generous counter space, ample storage, and bar seating, it’s a space designed for both serious cooking and casual conversation.
