Last summer, I had the pleasure of photographing a stunning new-build duplex in the heart of Cambridge. With three spacious bedrooms and two beautifully designed bathrooms, this home blends modern convenience with timeless comfort—making it a standout property for families, professionals, or anyone seeking a fresh start in a vibrant community.

From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by the thoughtful layout and attention to detail. The living room is semi-open to the rest of the main floor, creating a welcoming sense of flow while still maintaining cozy corners for relaxation. With luxury vinyl flooring underfoot and generous space for plush seating and an entertainment center, it’s easy to imagine unwinding here after a long day.

Just around the corner, the kitchen is a bright, functional space featuring crisp white cabinetry, sleek stainless steel appliances, and a polished granite countertop. There’s even room to expand with additional cabinets or an island for those who love to cook or entertain. The kitchen opens up to the dining area, where a sliding glass door leads directly to the backyard—ideal for indoor-outdoor gatherings on sunny afternoons or warm summer evenings.

One of my favorite features of this home is the pair of newly finished bathrooms. The primary bathroom, in particular, is a standout. It boasts a double vanity, space for a makeup bench, elegant brushed steel fixtures, and a serene view of the open field across the street. The walk-in shower is accented with classic subway tile and a matching brushed steel shower head, offering a touch of spa-like luxury.

Each bedroom is freshly painted in a warm, neutral gray that brings a sense of calm and sophistication. Brand new carpeting throughout ensures comfort, making each room feel move-in ready and effortlessly livable.

Stepping outside, the charm continues. The front porch is the perfect place to enjoy quiet mornings with coffee or wind down in the evening with a good book while watching the sunset.
