This past winter, I had the pleasure of photographing a beautifully maintained home in Arnold, MD. With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a generous 2,247 square feet of living space, this home offers an inviting blend of comfort, charm, and thoughtful design.

From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by an open and airy formal living room. A large picture window floods the space with natural light, illuminating the sleek hardwood floors that carry a sense of quiet luxury throughout the main level. It’s the kind of room that feels instantly peaceful—perfect for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or simply soaking in the sunshine.

Just beyond the living room sits the kitchen, a warm and functional hub ideal for crafting family meals or hosting casual get-togethers. Light oak cabinets pair beautifully with the contrasting black appliances, creating a timeless look. Ample storage makes the space as practical as it is inviting, and a pass-through view into the family room keeps everyone connected.

The family room is, without question, the showstopper of the home.
