324 Adams St., Annapolis, MD Real Estate Photography
Last spring, I photographed a lovely two story home in Annapolis that perfectly captures the spirit of the Chesapeake. This 2,648 square foot residence features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, offering a masterclass in balancing modern chic with traditional Maryland charm. From the moment I arrived, I knew the natural light in this house would be a highlight of the session.
Upon entering the front door, you are greeted by a welcoming foyer. The staircase stands as a focal point, flanked by a versatile entryway space that provides plenty of room for a bench or a dedicated area for shoes. Tucked away nearby, a spacious closet ensures the entryway remains organized and uncluttered.
To the side of the entry sits the formal dining room, a space that feels both intimate and airy because of its elevated ceilings. The room is wrapped in unique wallpaper and anchored by a chic chandelier that adds a touch of modern flair. Just steps away, the kitchen serves as the heart of the home. It features striking black countertops set against white cabinetry and a gourmet gas stove that is a dream for any home cook. All of the appliances are finished in brushed black stainless steel, which adds a sophisticated edge to the bright space.
Beyond the kitchen, the living room transitions into a cozy sanctuary. Shiplap walls provide wonderful texture for the camera, while the inviting fireplace serves as a natural centerpiece. A unique ceiling fan offers a subtle, stylish nod to the naval roots of Annapolis. The light hardwood floors reflect the afternoon sun, making the room feel incredibly bright and open.
The craftsmanship continues upstairs, where the hardwood floors flow into every bedroom. In the primary suite, high architectural ceilings work with two large windows to flood the room with morning light. The guest bedroom is also thoughtfully designed, featuring soothing blue and gray walls. Its two large windows are equipped with wooden shutters that make it easy to adjust the light for a perfect night of sleep.
The guest bathroom is another standout feature of the property. With a classic subway tile backsplash, a white vanity, and a modern circular mirror, the space feels timeless. The room is tied together with chrome fixtures and contrasting black hardware, mirroring the design choices found throughout the rest of the house.
It was an absolute joy to capture the lines and light of this Annapolis treasure. Please take a look at some of my favorite images from the session below.
