19011 Patridge Wood Dr., Germantown, MD Real Estate Photography Session
Last fall, I had the pleasure of photographing a beautiful townhome tucked away in Germantown, Maryland. This three-bedroom, three-bathroom home may offer just under 1,000 square feet of space, but its thoughtful layout and open floor plan make it feel anything but small.
As you step inside, you're welcomed by an airy, light-filled living room. A large picture window floods the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere right from the entryway. From the front door, your eyes are drawn toward the dining area, where a sliding glass door opens to a private deck—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or dining al fresco. That same glass door lets even more sunlight pour into the heart of the home.
The kitchen is truly the star of the show. Outfitted with quartz countertops, sleek stainless steel appliances, and fresh white cabinetry, it's as functional as it is beautiful. While the kitchen footprint is modest, smart design ensures there's ample storage—including a pantry, which every home chef will appreciate. A passthrough window connects the kitchen to the living room, offering both convenience and charm. It’s an ideal setup for entertaining or simply keeping an eye on the kids or pets while cooking.
All three bedrooms are located on the upper level, providing a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The primary suite is especially inviting, with plenty of natural light, dual closets, and a private ensuite bath. The updated bathroom features a stylish new vanity, brushed steel fixtures, and an eye-catching shower backsplash.
Downstairs, the finished basement adds even more living space. A cozy corner fireplace anchors the room, creating the perfect nook for curling up with a book or starting the day with a warm cup of coffee. Whether you're entertaining friends, enjoying a movie night, or just relaxing, this space offers flexibility and comfort.
