1732 Waldorf Ct., Crofton MD Real Estate Photography Session
Last spring, I had the pleasure of photographing a beautifully renovated townhouse in the heart of Crofton. This corner unit, with its 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and nearly 1,500 square feet of living space, offered a blend of warmth, style, and functionality—making it feel more like a standalone home than a typical townhouse.
From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by how spacious and open the layout felt. The living room is especially inviting, featuring a cozy stone fireplace that practically begs for a quiet evening with a good book or cup of coffee. Natural light filters in from multiple angles, enhancing the home's comfortable atmosphere.
The living room seamlessly transitions into a modern, updated kitchen—one of the standout spaces in the home. With sleek stainless steel appliances, rich dark wood cabinets, and a crisp new countertop, the kitchen is as stylish as it is practical. Ample storage ensures everything has its place, making this space ideal for both cooking and entertaining.
Upstairs, each bedroom has been refreshed with new carpet and a fresh coat of paint, creating serene retreats throughout the home. The attention to detail continues in the bathrooms, where you'll find new vanities, oversized mirrors, and frosted, patterned glass shower doors that add a playful yet elegant touch.
One of the most striking exterior features is that, as a corner unit, the townhouse enjoys added privacy and curb appeal. It stands out on the block and gives the impression of a detached home—a rare perk in townhouse living.
