172 Williams Dr., Annapolis, MD Real Estate Photography Session

Last fall, I had the pleasure of photographing a charming split-level home in historic Annapolis. Despite its modest 1,220 square feet, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom gem truly maximizes its space, proving that great design can pack a big punch.

Upon entering, guests are welcomed into a light-filled, open-concept main floor. The living room flows seamlessly into the dining room and kitchen, creating an expansive atmosphere perfect for entertaining. A cozy, yet classic, brick fireplace serves as a focal point, adding a touch of warmth and invitation to the space

.The kitchen stands out as the true showstopper. It boasts pristine white quartz countertops, brand-new stainless steel appliances, and thoughtfully designed, ample storage. The central island is a chef’s dream, featuring an integrated electric stovetop and abundant cabinetry for all your cooking utensils. It’s the perfect spot to prepare dinner while socializing with guests. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining room offers an effortless connection to the outdoors, thanks to elegant glass doors that open onto a spacious deck.

Beyond the main living area, I especially enjoyed capturing the versatility of the guest bedroom, which is beautifully utilized as a library. With numerous built-in shelves, it’s a perfect retreat for any dedicated book lover or an inspiring, quiet in-home office.

While both bathrooms are lovely, the guest bathroom demands special attention. No detail has been overlooked. It features a modern vanity topped with a stylish square vessel sink and a sleek waterfall faucet. The walls are finished with crisp subway tile, lending a chic, modern touch. Inside the shower, a luxurious rainfall shower head and a calming pebbled floor enhance the spa-like feel, complemented by a beautiful neutral gray accent tile running across the middle.

This Annapolis split-level was a genuinely fun and rewarding home to capture. Check out the photo gallery from my session below!
